Noob needs help lol
Hey all new here any help is appreciated..
25 years old 5'8 around 22 bf. Lifting for 5-6 years on n off.
Currently on anavar 30 mg a day and testoviron .5 cc mon and thurs..
Diet my day starts at 3am as i work really early.
Breakfast 5 hard-boiled eggs and oatmeal at 3:30 am.
Baked chicken breast around 6-7.
Protein shake 8-9.
Chicken breast again or tuna at 11 for "lunch".
Intra workout Protein shake at 1:30.
Post workout shake. My shakes consist of Whey/glutamine/bcaa. Just got some oats as well and im wondering if they would be good post workout?
Chicken steak or fish alongwith some rice for dinner around 5-6 pm.
Casein shake around 8-9 pn
Knocked out by 10 lol..
My goal is to gain a little muscle mass and cut some BF.

U cant cut bf and add muscle at same time u need to do 1 thing at a time cutting or bulking but from your bf% u should had cutted to 15% before using the aas and then started them do your homework before using em

Got it but im already on them..thought that the anavar would help me slim down a bit ...any opinions on the diet?

I agree with the above^^
Aas use is not recommended above 15%bf give or take a little, and recomping is not an easy task. Granted at a higher bf% you will re comp a bit by default as your body will pull the extra calories needed from stored fat ( to some extent ).
Do you have any idea on the macro breakdown ( total calories, protein, carbs, fats ) of the diet you listed?

30mg of Var is a waste of time and money for a cycle.

Give us the cals an macro's for that 'diet'.
In all honesty your plan is simply awful and needs a complete overhaul.
How long into your cycle are you? Taking an AI? Have your PCT to hand?NO SOURCES GIVEN

No i have no idea onthe macro breakdown. And no Mickey im not ignoring the advice you gave I posted here to get advice on the diet .

people need to know aas are not magic or something like that they are very potent drugs which can cause serious health problems if not used properly and THEY ONLY WORK IF YOUR DIET IS ON POINT ,YOU KNOW YOUR BODY HOW IT REACTS TO DIFF DIETS AND TRAINING PROGRAM AND YEH IF THEY ARE REAL NOT BUNK

Alright so im going to stop my cycle and hold of until i lower my bf to around 15. Im going to work on the macros for
My diet but is there a structure or aomething i should follow in my diet..I want to lose BF and keep some lean muscle
