new diet what you think for lean bulk whilst on cycle ???
so heres my new diet, no crap just real food !
meal 1:
20g whey protein
60g raw oats
1 whole egg
3 egg whites
meal 2: PWO
40g whey protein
1 banana
meal 3:
1 large sweet potato
200g lean pork loin fillet
4 heads brocoli
meal 4:
60g raw oats
20g whey protein
1 whole egg
3 egg whites
meal 5:
1 large sweet potato
200g chicken or tuna
4 heads brocoli
meal 6:
1 whole egg
3 egg whites
1 table spoon natty peanut butter
im getting in around 200g protein and 250g carbs and eat every 2-3 hours
look good to you ?

Depends on your stats goals and the macros of that diet.....
