Do you eat yogurt? If so what do you like?

    Hi everyone,

I don't usually eat yogurt but sometimes I crave for it so I go to the supermarket and I buy half a kg or 10 packets and I eat them all...I like the junky one, such as miuller banana and chocolate corners...

I know that good choices would be greek yogurt like the TOTAL 0% fat

Do you eat yogurt? What do you buy?

Even if I am on a bulking diet, I'd like to get the healthy alternative but I'm realising that when the yogurt is without sugar or sweeteners it suck...and then I need to add jam or other stuff, which make it as the others...

Whenever I eat yogurt, I buy from Costco (Kirkland) - plain, nonfat Greek yogurt. I'll add stevia, berries, and raw oats... something along the lines of a parfait. Mostly, I just add it to my protein smoothies for a little extra creaminess.

Normally eat the plan no fat yogurt. But found that Dannon light and fit with 2x protein Greek. Has some fruit flavored. Very good.

I have tried a variety of brands of Greek yogurt, but by far my favorite is Fage. I buy the quart-sized nonfat version. I can eat it with nothing else, but sometimes I add a drizzle of honey. Greek yogurt has a lot more protein than most other types.

I like the non-fat plain greek yogart and then I just toss in some raw oats. Tastes pretty good when you add the oats. You gotta watch the flavoured yogart as some have huge amounts of sugar in them.

I love low fat natural yoghurt and greek yoghurt.

I don't buy this fancy stuff with all these exotic flavours. Just plain variety, then I add a generous amount of runny honey.

Sometimes nice to pour over a cup of oats in a bowl and leave in the fridge over night.
