How many in this board drink modern alcohol?

I drink rarely, but on e in a while. Usually a beer or two with my father in law. My father was an addict that killed himself when I was a kid, and my sister is a recovering addict. So I am very careful not to follow that road. I feel I am predisposed to have issues if I don't keep myself in Check At all times!!

i drink once or twice a year at weddings or family celebrations. i usually drink more than i should and regret it when i hit the weight room the next day or two. there really is no redeeming qualities in alcohol consumption for me. i'd much rather spend my time/money building up my body than tearing it down.

all the time. switched to vodka water recently cuz i am trying to eat better *off the beers..well mostly*.. i drink too much actually whatever, i like to have fun and live life way she goes... matter of fact its friday... gonna go get my drink on
