    Diet help needed

Hi guys I need to know if I should drop my calories a bit more and if they are too high already. I am 5'10" 174lbs with about 15% BF I need to lose the last bit of belly fat that I have so I am cutting at 1850 calories. I lift weights 4-5x a week so far I've been doing good on this and wanted to know if I should drop calories to 1700. Also I like to have a cheat day once a week which helps me go hard the rest of the week. My macros are usually around 220g protein 55g fat and around 120g carbs

Yes, you could drop to 1700, that puts you 500 below TDEE, which is ideal.

How do you get your TDEE? A good basic calculator is LBM x 15, which is what I used for you.

    Weight - BF% x 15

    174 - 15%= (147.9) x 15 = 2218 <~ your TDEE

Try 1700 calories and see what happens. Nothing is going to be accurate, you just have to find your sweet spot. (I'm thinking you're less than 15%)
