    Need help bulking Nd diet plan

    I've been lifting off and on for 7 years been hitting I hard for last year! Had good gains in strength and have gained some noticeable size but still not want I want to be at I'm 155 and have been stuck there do awhile was told to come here and would get help with my diet. Would like to be up to 180 is my ideal weight

    How much kcal do you eat over TDEE?

    I'm guessin it's 3000 to 35000 not real sure that's what I need help with
