    No Dairy Experiment!

So some of you may have read I was wondering what changes in physique you would see by eliminating dairy from your diet. Now that I've gotten rid of it all in my house I'm going to start a month long log without my best friend, milk. Ill check in from time to time and let you know what changes I see. Cutting out milk, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, and cheese. That's really all the dairy I eat normally

    Diet
    Pre workout 0800
English muffin with peanut butter and sugar free jelly

    Post workout 1200
2 scoops whey with 1cup oats in a shake

    Meal 2 1300
6 egg omelette. (3 yolks) 2-4 bacon strips

    Meal 3 1600
2 chicken breasts 1 whole zuchinni

    Work 1700-0100
I snack throughout my shift but during this time ill consume
    1/2lb green beans
3/4lb lean + low sodium roast beef
    Fiber One Bar

If I'm hungry at night ill generally eat some apple sauce or a small protein shake.

This is my average diet. I'm at a small calorie deficit to cut as much as possible before I cycle

    Supplements
    No AAS
    Multi Vitamin
    Fish Oils
    4 OxyElitePro (with DMAA)
The OEP is not a change so all I'm taking out is the dairy

    I lift 60-90 min 5 days a week. With a 20min elliptical after
2x a week I run anywhere from 2-4 miles depending on how I feel

Below is a picture of where I'm at now. Once a week ill drop in and post up my stats and a pic
    23 y/o in less than a month
    6'0
    188lbs
    12-13~ bf

I recently was recommended by Austinite to remove milk from my diet, considering thats the only dairy I eat besides eggs. I have noticed less bloat and a tighter leaner look.

That's exactly what I'm going for. A lot of my fats come from dairy, mainly cheese, and I drink a lot of milk and eat a lot of Greek yogurt. So I'm hoping this will help me achieve the best look possible before taking my test p/ tren a/ mast p/ T3 cycle after my birthday

Excellent. I'll be tuning in ChiveOn. This should be very interesting.

What brand whey you using? Can you link to one so I can see data?

I also have several jugs of muscle milk but I'm currently not using those. I will when the above whey runs out (2~lbs left?)

    Milk is loaded with sugar!
I eat a lot of ff cottage cheese daily. Like 5 cups per day.

I cut out the big 4 in dairy.

If you read the labels on everything you eat you would be surprised at how much food contains dairy. Watch the Milk Documentary and be prepared to be enlightened.

So it's been a week. First few days kinda sucked, but if there's no milk in the house it gets easier. Haven't really noticed a difference in appearance. But I'm down 3lbs without changing anything else, so I guess it's doing something. Ill stick it out a few more weeks see what happens!
Cheated once and had a glass of milk at the gf'a house. Oops

I didn't replace it at all. Just took it out. I guess that could be the weight loss. Between a glass of skim a day and 2 servings of Greek yogurt.
I don't mind almond milk in shakes but I'm not a fan of it plain

I'm doing something similar. Unsweetened almond milk really has no taste( ok, a very small hint of an aftertaste). No sugar, 50% more calcium than reg milk. I can't guzzle it down like I did milk, but it's pretty good in shakes, on cereal, etc...
