How's my diet?
So I'm 36. 6' 180 and about to start my first cycle of test e and tbol. I thought I'd post my diet and get some critiques. I've been on it about two weeks and actually feel like I've lost a couple pounds and gotten a bit leaner but that's just me maybe. Looking to build my chest up a good bit on this cycle and stay lean at the same time. Tell me what you think. Times are weird cause I'm working nightshift right now
Breakfast 3:30
-2 toast and PB
-cup of fruit,2 whey scoops,skim milk
Oatmeal drink
-1 cup cottage cheese
-2 hard boiled eggs
-cream of wheat or cereal
Before work 5:30
-bananna
-1/3 cup nuts
-can of tuna
First coffee 8:30
-chicken and rice
-2 rice cakes
Lunch 11:00
-2 eggs
- 1/3 cup broccoli and salad topper
-can of salmon
Second break 2:00
-bananna or fruit
-1/2 cup cottage cheese
-1/3 cup nuts
End of work 4:00
-2 rice cakes
-2 bread and PB
-2 scoop whey drink
Workout 5:00-6:30
Supper 7:00
- chicken and rice
-odd snacks till bed

You need to work out your macros. Protein carbs fats. Your tdee. then we can go from there

Well right now I know just over 3500 calories and just over 300 g protien. Is that enough?or should I get into carbs and fats too?

3500 to high aswell if you were getting that. I'm same stats and I would be doing no more then 2800. Around 260 protein

About 10 -12% I think just wanna grow mostly chest and legs and stay lean. Always ate pretty good just never watcher the numbers so closely. I'm working out Monday to Friday about an hour and a half. Ill try to post a pic. I'm thin and lean now just wanna grow a bit without everyone wondering what I'm up to. I don't new to explode or nothing but looking forward to getting bigger and stronger. Any suggestions would be great

So just size on your chest, nowhere else? That's not really a goal in my book, sorry.

Ya nowhere else. You got me. That's what I posted. If you can read it says MOSTLY chest and legs. My goals? My goal is to get bigger and stronger like most

Just trying to figure out Tweeks for my diet. It is 3500 calories and 300 protein. Just trying to figure out my carbs and fats ect. Wondering if more of something or less of something. I've been on it about three weeks and actually feel a bit stronger this week. Just quit smoking a couple weeks. Just feeling good all around. Getting stoked about starting my cycle. Waited a long time. Just waiting for clomid and I'm good to go. Probably next couple weeks. (I eat lean steak and potato instead of chicken and rice sometimes). Hook me up with some of that experience out there
