    Diet help

BULKING: just getting into the swing of things and wondering exactly how to set up my meals. my day starts at 0500 but cant workout till 1500. just want a little feed back on what you think of my current set up

first meal 0500 eating every 2.5 hrs

    m1 pro/carb
    m2 pro/fat
    m3 pro/carb
    m4 pro/fat
    m5 pro/fat
    workout
    m6 PWO pro/carb
    m7 PPWO pro/carb
    m8 bedtime pro/fat

    5'11" 170lbs targeting 3000 cals a day 325pro 275carb 66fat

any critism is welcome and appreciated, rather set this up correctly first before i get started and accidentally do harm rather than good.

Protein is set too high to begin with.... 8 meals a day is just not required either... You can cut that down to 4-5 if you like....

What are your goals..... Bulking yeh but what do u mean, give me numbers

    What is your bodyfat%?

How are u responding to 3000 cals a day? Weight gain? Maintain?

To bulk I would lower your protein and add a lot more carbs. Example 250 pro 350 carb

And my goal is to put on 15-20 pounds and then probably cut from there, and I haven't started the diet yet just based off my tdee 3000 is about right and wasn't sure if I should go 40/40/20 or something different and I really wanna make sure that I'm eating the right macros in the right meals based around when I workout

    I'd start you at roughly...

    200g protein
    60g fat
    250-300g carbs

Eat those macros for 2 weeks....Watch the scale.... Aim for roughly a 1lb weight gain every other week.... If your falling short then increase carbs by 25g and repeat.....

Super appreciate the info. Should I make my pre workout meal pro/carb if I shorten the amount of meals a day?

Additional calories are going to come from carbs to begin with....

Drop the protein down to 200 and replace those grams in carbs.....

I'd not go any higher than you currently are.... Run theses exact calories for 2 weeks and look for a 1lb weight gain.... If u fall short then increase carbs slightly (25g) and repeat for another 2 weeks
