    can you bulk using mainly fats & proteins and not that many carbs ?

    are you able to do a lean bulk with low carbs and high natty fats and protein ? fats from peanut butter,nuts etc which obv have high carb content but not eating so much of oats, potatos etc ?

    Sure . More calories in than you burn will add weight. P.S diets that are high in fats and really low on carbs can cause health issues on the long run.
