Just a thought?
Hey everyone, I was just thinking of diets in general and wanted to know everyone's oppinion on this:
Let's say you were doing Protein/Carb/Fat 200/150/50
And your diet only consist of 4 things, Protein powder, Complex carb source, Healthy fat source, Water.
So pretty much saying, if someone ate everything normally, except drank (all) their protein. What harm would this cause?/Would it work?

a good nutritionally sound diet consists of not only hitting your macros, which is apparently what you are trying to do, but also eating a varied diet. No one food is complete or perfect, which is why you need to eat so many different veggie types, high fiber complex sources, and a variety of sources you get your fat from.
The diet would be too homogeneous, and would open you up to a variety of issues you could not anticipate.

You would have diarrhea and suffer from nutritional deficiencies.
