    Veg?

    Hi all, just wondering what are the best veg to have in a diet ?
    I hear broccoli is the best but I hate it so what is the next best?

    Sea vegetables. But they make broccoli taste like desert.

    the best veg will be the one you can eat day in day out, there is no best veg for a diet. yes they will have different nutritional values etc but count it in your macro goals for the day and enjoy. im a pepper fan, eat them most days. hate mushrooms so will never eat them.

    honestly mate don't worry about it, hit your targets, eat a few veg and fruit each day and you will be good to go.

    i enjoy a good salad:

    chopped romaine lettuce
    chopped broccoli
    chopped cauliflower
    sliced vidalia onions
    cherry tomatoes
    cucumber
    almonds
    chopped thin sliced ham
    2 whole eggs
    balsamic vinegar
    light ranch dressing

    thats true i love my peppers too so i may just have more with other little things cheers

    Looks like baby spinach in that salad and a cmuch better choice than romaine. I consume a couple pounds of baby spinach in an average week. Only thing missing is the plastic fork.

    ^^ yeh the romaine is in bottom i have since dropped the baby spinach as it is so dry and boring!!

    Youre making me rethink my decision.. Ok now i feel guilty!

    You can't go wrong with the "big five" - broccoli, spinach, green beans, cauliflower, and asparagus.
    Yea, and salads.
