Hi all im looking for some diet help just now im having poridge with pineapple and walnuts at 6am then tuna sandwich on wholemeal bread at 9am then chicken breast and wholemeal rice and green beans at 12 a protein shake at 3 a pre work out drink before training and after training chicken breast a baked potatoe and green veg and just before bed another protein shake is this diet ok if not where am i going wrong any tips would be great .
