feedback on very high protein diet.

i'm coming up to speed and would like some feedback on my ultra-high protein diet.

first some background info. before a recent motorcycle crash, i was 50 yo, 6'3", 215 lbs (very hard for me to gain or lose - call it a super plateau) 8-10%bf, workout 6-7 days/week. ~1.5h lifting, 0.5h cardio 3-4 days a week.

    bmr: 2000 cal
    tdee: 3500 cal

diet varies abit because i travel a lot on business. an example when at home:

protein shake, latte, fresh veggie juice @ 54c, 66p, 8f

    post workout shake @ 13c, 56p, 4f

    greek yogurt + granola @ 50c, 60p, 12f

    bar + nuts @ 36c, 26p, 22f

    greek yogurt + granola @ 50c, 60p, 12f

    shake @ 15c, 56p, 4f

    total is 218c, 324p, 62f (2726 cal)

according to my doc, my last blood work showed slightly high for alt and ast (liver function) maybe from all the protein (supplements not listed here, but are 'moderate' compared to what i've read here - i can add if it helps):

    ALANINE AMINOTRASFERASE
    [H] 53 U/L 7-52
    ASPARTATE AMINOTRANSFERASE
    [H] 66 U/L 13-39

    any and all thoughts appreciated...

oh, you guys can't read my mind...

i'm now at ~200 lbs 5 weeks after motorcycle crash, having lost 15 lbs of muscle in 4 weeks and have started back in the gym. my first goal is to get back to where i was, my next goal is to add more muscle mass and maintain bf <10%. it would be great to get to 225, which was my peak mass back when i was in grad school and working out intensely.

i've recently started trt to help. please provide feedback on diet wrt these goals.

    thanks!
