Morning work out- NO MORE EGGS
I will be waking up @ 7 AM.
Going to gym from 7:30-9:15
I can not eat eggs anymore. They destroy my stomach and run right through me.
I will be fine with my diet for the rest of the day. What should I eat before my work out and after.
I am 180lbs
5'10
12-15% BF

Eat whatever your taste buds enjoy and your stomach can handle. Doesnt matter what you eat really.

Eat a big old load of carbs in your last meal of the night before.
Or whatever works best for you. There is no right or wrong. I noticed zero difference in performance when removing carbs from my pre workout meal where that was the first meal of the day.NO SOURCES GIVEN
