I'm very busy so I workout when I can, that said it's usually 5an when the gym opens... when I was deciding to do that I did my own research but I got a lot of he'll from gbrice sms I think 405?? I never lose any stamina or strength (I log my workouts) fasted or not but if you're debating on am workouts it's definitely worth trying either method...... this thread has covered most bases it appears, I was just tossing in my two cents because when I was reading threads I was really just looking for as many opinions as possible :-)
