    One cheat day a week?

I have been bulking basically since I started lifting. My appetite is pretty good during the week when im working and training but on the weekends when I do pretty much nothing by the time sunday comes around I find it hard to get 3 solid meals down. Is this going to kill any gains I could be making? I know ideally I should be stuffing my face 24/7 but it gets pretty difficult to eat like that on days when my activity level is pretty low.

Cheat days cause herpes. Do you want herpes???

just kidding. It won't give you herpes.

Get some methyl B12 sublinguals and see if that helps. But generally, a day here and there won't kill ya.

Yeah I have some of those I should start taking them again. Austinite how do you feel about eating Moe's for a meal? Their steak is grass fed angus.... I usually get rice beans and double steak... and maybe some cheese and sour cream lol Do you think this is a decent meal for those days when you get too lazy to cook? lol

Sure why not. I don't know what Moe's is, but just watch the sodium.

It's basically a chipoltle... They clam no added sodium too I guess so it actually seems like a pretty decent meal

For some people, a cheat day can turn into a 10,000+ calorie binge. For that reason, I don't like recommending a cheat day. What I do is have one cheat meal per week. Usually something nice from a restaurant, not fast food, or junk food. I always make that meal my last meal of the day when I do it. Believe me, it helps mentally.

I could never, intentionally, have 1 cheat day per week as there is simply no stopping once I start. 6k-8k kcal in one day is zero problem for me.

    Thanks

Thanks 405, now I had to watch this crap video and the only reason I got through it is because they zoomed in at the judges chest at 1.32min.
