    Endomorph need a fat cutting diet.

    Guys I need help loosing bf, I am 48yrs, 5'6" 286lbs 30%bf, tried keto and did not work for me. Been reading a lot, but just can not find the right info, to many conflicting info out there. I am a simple guy and like simple things.
