    Hey all, how's my nutrition section doing? You all holding down the fort!?

    This is the longest I've been away from the board in years, just wanted to drop in to say hi, I'm still alive, just working through some life stuff that has kept me busy. Glad to see familiar faces as well as some new ones!!

    Gonna try and get back on shortly, there's much work to be done!!

    I have been out of the gym, working a ton of hours for the past seven months. Looking and feeling like crap...but eating lots of ice cream has been fun.

    Logged in to see who was still here and how everyone was doing in the hopes that it would help me get my butt back in gear again. No pun intended.
