    Best time for carbs

Hey all, I'm a type 2 diabetic on TRT. I know I've always heard that early in the day in best for carbs intake. I want to nutritionally take advantage of my fountain of youth also known as TRT :-) I can make it to the gym as often as I want but I know my diet is junk and making me sluggish. I'm 6' 245 approx. 25% bf. would anyone be able to write up a meal plan for clean bulking

There is no 'proper' time for carbs. Eat them when you want to or are able to. You being a diabetic just need to watch your glucose levels and take it into consideration. Timing your carbs won't affect your body comp unless it causes you to give more or less intensity in the gym.

Ppl can help you fix a meal plan but unless you're paying someone I doubt they'll make one from scratch. Post up your age and we can help you figure out BMR and TDEE. Also post your current diet so it can be critiqued. What are your goals?

    Very nice post above!

Slow slow carbs and check your levels and slowly adjust. Pre and post would most likely be best.

Type of carbs youre eating means more than when you eat them as a diabetic. Simple sugars (fructose, dextrose, sucrose) Are going to have much more of an effect on your insulin activity, than carbs like : sweet potatoes, fiberous veggies, quinoa, beans etc.

Yes docd, very well put and I apologize for me being so vague, Scotty; thanks for offering to help as well. Ill get everything posted and see what we can come up with. I understand what you mean by making one from scratch :-)
