No, It really doesn't really look that good. Can I have some basics please? how often do you work out? intensity? cardio? We can talk about the diet after that, but I will say it does need some refinement, but we can get you on the right track. We all start someplace!
I could pick out some things right off the top of my head, and for starters, I am assuming deli meat? Loaded with Sodium and MSG, nasty!
You have fruit 3 times a day! The seeds, nuts and granola are heavy in fat and in the wrong proportions, and time of day, they will wreak havoc on your fat burning success. Okay, I don't want to get wound up so I will wait to hear back from you. Thanks for sharing, I hope you don't take my rant as bagging on you I mean no disrespect at all and I will help anyway I can.

For cardio I mix in Crossfit, which has a lot of weights and cardio.
On off days, I do 60 min brisk walking on a steady pace.
In regards to deli meat, yes, it is!
Well, hope to hear from you back! Would be nice to get my diet in check.
Help is greatly apreciated!

First you need to work out your maintance calories.( calories to maintain your weight) then minus 500 cals off that to cut fat. You want high protein diet. Moderate amount of carbs and low fat. A ratio of 50% p 30%c 20%f a good start.
You want decent food like. Eggs, egg whites, chicken, turkey, fish etc. carbs should come from oats, rice, potatoes etc.
Only have carbs for breakfast. Before training. And after only. Rest of meals should have veg.
Try that to begin with and see how you go

My diet for cutting looks like this.
Meal 1. 200ml egg whites. 1 egg. 100g oats.
Meal 2. Protein shake with water
Meal 3. 200g chicken, 100g broccoli
Meal 4. 200g pork mince. 100g oats.
Training.
Meal 5. Protein shake. 100g oats.
Meal 6. 200g chicken. 100g broccoli.
It's around 2000 calories.
That's a sample diet. You would have to adjust to suit your stats.
