it is a term that is commonly used in the TRT community, most noticeable amongst those that do NOT lift. With the improvements in LBM and reductions in BF%, within a year, big changes are noticeable. Instead of the bulbous belly and the spindly arms, the belly is noticeably smaller and the arms seem larger, more healthy.

Because the overall shape changes, it is said that the body has went through a "recomposition" process.

Also means when you're on maintenance calories and you slowly lose fat and gain muscle.
Weight doesn't change, but body composition does.

A body recomp combines bulking and cutting cycles so as to maintain stricter variance in body composition. Instead of going on a 4month bulk followed by a 3month cut for example, you eat closer to maintenance needs. It's more beneficial for those who wish to remain relatively lean while progressing towards their goals. It usually will take longer to get to the same end goal bc you're serving two masters so to speak.

It is the selling point of CJC-1295 . In a cutting cycle you want to lose your fat and retain/add mass. This would be recomposition. 3 kilo fat loss 1 kilo lean gain.

CJC performs "better" than HGH because the body only releases HGH when it is ready for it to be used. CJC presses the HGH release mechanism to release as often as it can and....unlike HGH injections...lasts in the body for 8-10 days. So unless you track your workouts and know exactly when to inject HGH it is pretty much the slowest working item on the face of the earth (6-months for any real results). CJC supposedly works in tandem with your natural systems to pres the button more often which promotes the lean muscle gain (The hard part) and if on cut cycle the fat loss.

Gain and loss at same time.

Now if CJC is BS who knows. Some swear by peptides and others call them snake oil. Comes down to understanding your body and using what works for you.
