Creating a new normal
I have heard of people who lose a lot of weight fast and then their body rebounds and starts storing fat until the get back to that weight or even higher. How do I lose weight and make my body realize that this is the new normal?

by changing your lifestyle.
eat right. eat smart.
stay active.
avoid alcohol
only drink water
it's the trappings of a modern society and all the cheap food that brings, is why we get so fat in the first place.

I here you. I fell into the trap. Between military deployments and then 5 years of school and clinicals and more school tons of poor eating and choosing to study and not making time for workouts. I'm done. Time to get back in the game.
