    Around how many calories am I eating?

    Wake up I have 6 egg whites, oatmeal and a boiled potato.
    2nd meal 6 egg whites,oatmeal and boiled potato.
    3rd meal 2 chicken breast, 1 cup of rice and 1 cup of beans.
    4th meal 2 chicken breast, 1 cup of rice and asparagus.
    5th meal 2 scoops of muscle pharm combat protein and a banana.
    6th meal 2 fish fillets,1 cup of rice and broccoli.

    Around how many cals is this?
