Anavar Cycle Nutrition To Gain LBM and Shed Fat
So I'm running an 8 week cycle of Anavar + Maintenance dosage of Test. My goal is to lose body fat and gain LBM. I must mention that my daily activity is very minimal (sedentary) because of my job.
Here is specs
Height 5 7"
Weight 178 before the cycle and 185 after 3 weeks.
Body% Those damn calipers suggested an 18-20%. I though I was more like in the 14%-15%
Training 4-5 times week and doing cardio for 20 Mins.
PLEASE CRITIQUE: HERE IS MY DIET FOR TRAINING DAYS. NO TRAINING DAYS ARE 200-300 Calories Less.
ALSO TO MENTION THAT THIS DIET BEFORE MY CYCLE WILL MAINTAIN MY WEIGHT.

Just to add, I just ran some numbers and this is my BMR and TDEE
BMR 1879.32978
TDEE 2912.961159 Moderately Active.
Somethings seems to be off, cause if eat 3000 calories, I will get fat! Maintenance diet, for me over the past 3-4 years have been 1600-1800 calories.

That's some damn clean eating man, looks fine.
As for gaining muscle and losing fat, recomping is the best you can do, just eat at maintanence. It's a very slow process.
I'd suggest focusing on one thing at a time, gain mass then lose fat or lose fat then gain mass.
