Macros
Hi All hope your all good and training hard in need of some advice.
I'm starting my first cycle of Test E at the end of the month I just want to know if I have my Macros in some sort of order
Protein 306 = 39.63%
Fat 186.4 = 54.33%
Carbs 46.6 = 6.04%
I'm wanting to cut a bit more at the start of my Cycle for about 3 weeks then change this with higher carbs.
This is how I am at the min.
93kg
Body Fat 19%
37 year old
5ft 11"
Any advice on this would be great now I'm heading over to the Steroid page.

You should cut down to 15% max before you start to cycle.
Why are your carbs so low and your protein so high? Protein is also high, what reason?
What are your maintenance calories and macro's?NO SOURCES GIVEN

My Calories are at 3,088 This that I put on was done from a friend who works in a gym. Dose this not look right to you this is why I come on to see what my intake should be With my Body fat and weight.
I'm training 6 times a week with 4 cardio sessions lifting lasts about 1 hour and Cardio about 30-40min.Last edited by kenny3478; 07-07-2015 at 11:47 AM.

Is that the diet you are currently following? What results have you been getting?
No, it doesn't make a lot if sense to me but a bit. I'd need to know your friends logic/reasoning though before I can break it down fully.NO SOURCES GIVEN

I'd want to know his theory. It looks like a quasi keto diet but the carbs would be possibly a little high and the protein would be way too high. As would the cals, I struggle to believe you would be losing much weight at over 3000cals but I could be wrong.
