roughly 15-20% prob closer to 20.. 18%ish if i had to pick a single number.. if u included side and rear shots itd help..

so should i clean bulk before cutting down to a lower percent. because of the fact i don't have much mass

That's up to you. Do you want to be ripped or just get bigger? It's your body. Make it look the way you want it to look.

You have to decide how you want to look. I like being lean in the summer and bulking in the winter. If you have a physique that you admire that can help set your goals. If you lean out you will prob look a lot bigger
