Got fat but going to make a come back
Lots of excuses made me fat. I haven't watched my sheet for the last year and I'm now 287 lbs fat as a cow. I'll check in once a week every Sunday to update. I need the community support too hold me accountable.
Start
287 lbs
6Ft 2 inch
28 years old
Goal: get back down to 10 %by by Jan 1.
Diet will be lots of chicken, oats, Brown rice,fish , sweet potato and shakes. Veggies as well. Wish me luck

go easy on the oats and rice they will hinder fat loss I learned this from experience

I would like to get back down to around 235-240. Thanks every one for the encouragement. Bring fat sucks. Time for a change. I'll log in as much as possible. My schedule is hectic so it won't be everyday

I predict you will lose 40 lbs in 3 - 4 mo, if you put in the work!!! Suggest simplified approach since your life is hectic. Don't over complicate it.

i lost 65 lbs in 4 months and every time I ate more than a half cup of oats or rice I would stay the same or gain. the second I dropped the oats and carb dense foods the weight melted off
