    Diet Advice

    Stats: 25 M 202 pounds 16% BF

    Hi Guys,

    I have some concerns about my diet, i'm on a pretty tight budget so as a result. My groceries are limited to Cheap and easy!

    I've been bulking on 3700 - 4000 Cals a day.

    Breakfast : Protein Shake +1.4 oz ( 40 grams ) of Oats

    Snack : 4.2 (120 grams ) oz of Chicken + cup of broccoli and 3.5 (100 grams ) oz white pasta

    Lunch : As above

    Post work out : 45 grams of protein ( Shake ) + 50 grams of Dextrose + 50 grams of Maltodextrin

    Dinner : 4 oz of chicken with 1 cup broccoli + 3.5 oz white rice

    Bed: 8.8 oz (250 grams )of cottage cheese

    - So my question is, as i've noticed a of peoples diet have lean red meat in it. is it for a reason? should i also be eating red meat? and reduce my chicken consumption? or is it fine for me to continue on, eating this diet plan i've created?

    any help and advise, would be great! THanks in advance!

    I have heard red meat raises testosterone (dont know if its true). If you are anemic red meat can help.
