Been adding MCT oil to the water to help me consume more but also getting into Ketosis.

I am going to modify this slightly bc gallon isn't enuff. Change to 2 sided/half a day on one and other half another/ to accommodate a refill at 3pm.

In the UK we don't have gallon bottles. So it means having 2litre bottles everywhere.
Actually... I guess we can buy 5litre bottles. But I'm fairly sure I'd look like a knob with on of those on my desk.

Staying hydrated is very important. That being said, IMO there is no need to drink so much water that you're pissing all day long lol. But then again the BB paradigm requires at least 1 gal per day for most ppl. Personally I probably drink no more than 1 gal a day.

There are water hydration calculators. For me, 100 - 110 is about right altho there much variation in calculator results and the inputs. Climate, altitude, weight, workout.
Generally ppl do not drink enough water! So even if i leave some in the bottom, it's a good day for me!

I drink a gallon of water a day, sometimes more. Should I be trying to get electrolytes in too? And if so how? Other than drinking pedialyte lol

I eat oats, egg whites, whole eggs, chicken and vegetables every day... I don't think any of that has much salt in it and I don't add any... Should I start? And sugar free Gatorade is a good idea too
