    Botched cut

    Hi all,
So I had a bad episode of virus and ended up in the A&E.
This totally killed my metabolism, so now I eat 1850 kcal and which is my BMR and lifting weights 4 times a week, doing either kickbox or HIIT 2x a week.
I am 178 lbs and I have no idea about my BF: it's something between 11-14%. (Can only see 4 out of 6 packs.

Should I start reverse dieting and get back to the cut in September or push it through by adding T3? How long can one be on a calorie deficit before impacting the CNS/ overtraining?

    TDEE: 2870
    5'7"
    178 lbs
    33y

    Thanks!

    Thanks buddy!
Well I have been eating my BMR since I got released from Hospital (3 weeks ago) and put back 6lbs since, though I know most of it was water, as I was dehydrated.
I got another illness /sore throat +fever/ (can't believe that I am that unlucky!!) so I might have to rest a bit anyway.
I guess I will stay on BMR then reverse diet up to my TdEE and take it slowly.

    Sorry to hear that mate!

I would eat at maintenance mate, at least until you are feeling well again.....no point in putting your body under any more stress.

    Then re-evaluate.

Will do, thanks bro! Decided to take it easy, start my pct and stabilise for 4-5 months. Have done some research and chances are that sleep deprivation combined with cycle +stress was too much for my immune system... .

During PCT I will introduce some clen - the upside of having asthma is easy access to pharma clen lol
