Trouble on getting in enough calories... (short story)

Well first i was always a big eater had no problem... when I started taking lifting serious I ate huge amounts of food on top of a weight gainer, I remember I ate so much that I threw up a few times. Having 1000+ weight gainer and 2 bowels of oatmeal will do that to you I guess haha.

But I got sick within a year of doing that and eating anything I can really eat... I was sick for about 6-7 months then i couldn't eat anything and lost 30lbs. My doc said my colon wasn't working properly, in other words I was full of shit, like seriously I was FULL of shit. So another month or two I started to eat again, and eat normally again. this past winter/summer i tried bulking again slowly starting at 2500cals up to 3000cals up after a week or two of just eating 3000cals I start getting sick again. idk whats going on and to be honest Its pissing me off. You guys have any ideas on what can help me? I want to gain my 30lbs back but having trouble eating what i used to eat.

    Any help would be awesome!

My bulking diet before was the following (before I got sick)

    Morning- weight gainer shake (1000cals)
late morning- eggs and toast, yogurt (400cals)
Lunch- chicken, rice and fruit (400cals)

    preworkout- c4
    Postworkout- weight gainer shake (1000cals)
Dinner- depends, either chicken or hamburger, and some type of random sides (600-700cals)
    Snack- peanut butter/ yogurt (400cal)
    before bed- shake (500 cals)

Maybe your body is not agreeing with the weight gainer formula? Try eating some heavy cream, olive oil, coconut oil and such, calories will rack up fast.
