Experiencing fatigue/mood changes from transitioning from keto to carbs.
Yeah feeling tired and mildly depressed in going from keto to carbs. I'm thinking it's a transitioning thing and it's a matter of adjustment. That sounds plausible. Going from glucose to a ketogenic state is rough but I never heard it rough in reverse (keto to carb).
Has anyone had this experience? Is there anyone informed enough to give a detailed explanation of why this fatigue occurs?

I run keto and ive never gotten depressed or had less energy taking in carbs
has anything else change din your life?

No. This just happens as I'm adjusting to ketosis.
