Alternatives to shakes
Going to be a little skint next month and usually have 2 shakes a day. One mid morning and one mid afternoon due to work but do people use any alternatives just to get down the neck when working to get that protein source?
Also instead of breaking my meals down to six could I just have more over 4 meals so I am getting the right amount of protein?
I am on cut if that makes any difference

Alternatives to shakes
Yes no problem with doing if you are hitting your numbers.
Some just eat real food or protein bars instead of shakes. You can always make your own protein bars.
