I just started a new 12-16 week cycle consisting 300 mg of Test E, 100 mg Tren A eod and 250 mg of Deca weekly and now I find out I'll be going to the Bahamas in 10 weeks and I obviously wanna look my best. What is a solid diet plan for not passing on gains while still cutting body fat? The 40/40/20, keto, Adkins?
