Anyone good at vegan and vegetarianism?

The movie "The Game Changers" is coming out in Sweden and that gives great fuel to the fire
of the damn annoying Vegans (scary music playing).
I do not hate their lifestyle, I hate the way the smirk with made-up facts and come in groups.

Me who wants to join the ranks of trainers in all aspects want to have more meat on my legs so to speak.

Does anyone have any articles that has any proof regarding:
    - Is the lifestyle beneficial for especially fitness and older people?
    - How would the change affect us as a whole and nature (farming)?
    - What about meat sub foods?
    - What about nutrients like aminos/ micro etc?
    - Will the amount needed to be eaten (fitness) come with other side-effects? (e.g. overdose of minerals/ intestinal issues etc.)

Anything else you might have would be awesome!

I would love to learn more so I can help people from all sides.

Yeah, stronger by science and iron culture both covered it in depth an quoted studies. If you're feeling lazy the conclusion is:
-there is nothing wrong with the diet
-it is not better and all studies that say it is, is because of the pool of people they chose from (vegetarians tend to be more health conscious than the average meat eater)
-I can be just as good/healthy as a balanced diet except it takes more work (so unless you're doing it for moral reasons, theres no point)
    .

And Obs covered it even more in depth in a recent thread

So I watched movie..you would have to eat 14 pounds of mixed veggies to get 150 grams of protein..how would that be possible?it wasn’t conclusive testing at all..it was a lot hyperbole in my opinion.this genetic god won this medal and he eats a vegan diet..not good enough for me ..the fake meats are not good to me,despite what people say..give me a piece of baked chicken or a burger all day..if I gotta die early to enjoy my food..let’s get it over with
That being said I eat majority of my carbs from veggies and fruit..there is no doubt they burn clean and digest well depending on fiber content.,

Just doing my due diligence for the community in an effort to save us all some time, as these threads are becoming a plague everywhere.

This is probably the most thorough, section by section tear down of the problems with the “documentary”. Copy link, paste, walk away, save headache.

    https://renaissance-periodization-pr...y-dr-mel-davis

If someone still buys that nonsense after reading that overly cited beast, there’s no helping them.

Mel gets bonus points for being the creator and seller of RP’s vegan performance plan, and she still guts that garbage film.

I concur with all the above.
However, I still do need to find more information so I can explain to possible clients the do's and dont's.
I hate having to say "you do what you feel is right for you" as that will breed another cull of retards^^
Leaving one ignorant so that f*cker can teach others wrong.

Just as an example about the "plague" in another field.
I have a friend in TH that is very well educated, I mean he has tons of diplomas to show that he is the shiet
when it comes to educate in training (most fields).
He earn a lot for being TH and is the spearhead of their company which expands every year.
I went with him as a sidekick to the largest bank office there to educate their PT's to educate all staff
    better in the gym.
Holy crap - EVERYTHING was wrong and he used ytb to strengthen his point.
The risks of injury was extremely high.
Since he has the diplomas and takes a high price, they followed as sheep in a herd with smiles.

I want to change that if I can.
