Please check my lean bulk diet
Please could someone review my lean bulking diet which will be used on a very mild tren ace, test cycle. I've ran many cycles before but want to conquer a solid diet, it probably needs macros changed around and extra calories, open to all ideas thanks
Stats: 5ft8, 168lbs, 11.5%BF

If you are eating at 5am does that mean you are waking up at 4-430am? If last meal is at 8pm then are you sleeping at 9pm?
If the above is the case the first thing I would do is shorten your eating window to be able to sleep an extra hour every night.
Need more vegetables and fruit
Not enough potassium, sodium, or magnesium.
30% of your protein intake is coming from whey shakes.
Bulking on Tren ace is one of the hardest things to do with Tren because it will skyrocket your TDEE. Add on if you sweat then you will drink more water making you eat less.

Thank you very much for the kind advice.
I was going to run at a low dose, previously I've ran at 60EOD and 80EOD. I might run at 30 to 50EOD. Or maybe leave it out all together but I've used it in the past and love the body change it provides...
Okay I'll shorten my eating window,
1) what do you recommend adding or removing,
2) are the macro% right
3) do carbs need to be left away from bed time?

Add more vegetables.
Replace shakes with real food and add fruit. An example would be yogurt and fruit.
Salt your food.
Macro split is neither here nor there - everyone is different. You need to determine how you do on carbs and adjust them up/down
Tren needs to be injected every day for ace ester. But again, not really ideal for bulking given you haven't mastered nutritionI no longer check my inbox. If you PM me I will not reply.

Apologies didn’t read the whole thread getting outta bad but had to say.
Agreed!!
Fruits and veggies meat nuts and tubers/rice are basis of my diet..OP eat all Whole Foods, all natural, no preservatives, no processed and not only will you feel great, but grow..
There is something to be said for good nutrient timing as well..
