    Meal 1

    4 whole scrambled eggs with a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil ..... 280 g of raw and heavy roasted sweet potatoes ... 270 g of avocado


    Meal 2
    200 g of raw chicken breast to sauté in 1 tablespoon of olive oil and vegetables mixed with 240g of cooked white rice, prepared in 1 tablespoon of olive oil

    Meal 3
    240g of cooked white rice, prepared in 1 tablespoon of olive oil)
    100 g of cooked beans prepared in 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
    200g of raw heavy lean meat to sauté with mixed vegetables in 1 tablespoon of olive oil


    Meal 4

    280g of raw and heavy sweet potato baked
    250g of raw and braised heavy chicken breast with mixed vegetables
    in 1 tablespoon of olive oil

    60 g of roasted cashew nuts

    Meal 5

    250g of cooked white rice
    200g of lean and lean meat vegetables

    Meal 6

    200g of raw heavy chicken breast to sauté with mixed vegetables
    270g of raw and heavy sweet potato baked

    Well, 4.000kcal for tracking ... . I am not counting fats from animal sources, not from eggs .. etc ... my fats are only coming from indirect sources ... avocado, olive oil ... cashew nut
