I keep the macros close to the same ..
sometime I'll do eggs and steak or eggs and turkey bacon or sometime I'll have the eggs and the ground beef and throw in a cup of white rice .. or sometimes do oatmeal instead of cream of rice and add a piece of fruit like banana instead of toast.
but basically the amount of carbs and protein remain close to the same and similar in type.

depends on where I'm at with program though, if I'm bulking or cutting or in maintenance.

Do you mix white rice with eggs and ground beef?

If you can teach me how to prepare, I thank you, I never tried it ... I'm only eating shredded chicken and rice early in the morning and I'm already sick of eating the same thing ...

    Savoury:

    4 Eggs
    3 breakfast sausage (pasture pork)
    2 sourdough buns (homemade)
    1 side bowl pineapple
(sometimes) breakfast potatoes with onion, pepper and mushroom

    Sweet:

Caramelized fruit (can use brown sugar substitute, walden farms, and/or cut with brown rice syrup)

^ Put on top frozen geek yogurt or plain greek yogurt

    Spicy:

Tray of nachos (blue or red corn)
    Jalapeño peppers
    hot banana peppers
    shredded cajun chicken
    shredded cheese
    Hot salsa
    green onion
    black/green olives

Pre Heat oven via BROIL. By the time the nachos re assembled oven is hot. Finished when cheese is melted and tortilla are crisp.

    1 cup egg whites
    1 scoop protein powder
    1 scoop collagen
1/2 banana (if big, whole of smaller)
    2/3 cup raw oats
    1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
I throw a splash of water and a handful of ice cubes with all of this into the blender, blend it up and drink it as I go about my way.
If I have an easy relaxing day I’ll cool it all instead, or mix it up keeping macros close to the same.

    Most mornings:
    Eggs
    Oatmeal
    Coffee

Sometimes I will add some steak in the morning if I have time to prepare it.

I can TRULY recommend this for breakfast:
    - Outs, some water, a spoon or two peanut butter - warm.
Take out and sprinkle some cinnamon, some almonds and a sliced banana.

    Oh gawd!

    Didn’t see this one.

    Typical breakfast:

Omelette (2 eggs, two slices of turkey bacon cut in small pieces, onions, spinach, and a little shredded Parmesan)
Small Campari tomato salad with sliced cucumbers, feta cheese, and vinegar.
    1 piece of bread.
