    First time Macro dieting, here is what I got.

    I am new to all things true body building. I was in the military for 8 years so I just maintained what I needed to do to fit to fight. But now that I've been out for 4 years and just started TRT in December, I have so much energy and a better sense of will being that I have dove into the healthy working out lifestyle. Unfortunately I was too enthusiastic and didn't read things properly and for that I apologize. Now that I have done more research and consulted the all mighty KelKel (basically told me I am a dumbass in the nicest way, which he is 100% correct on.) not to stack anything and get my TRT dialed in first which I am going to do. And I also read Austinite's Must Read steroid and weight loss protocol threads and taking them to heart. So here is what I'm trying to accomplish. I am 31 years old 176lbs bf is 21.4% (I was at 26.1% in December). I want to maintain this weight but lose BF and get it close to 10%. Currently taking 180mg test C, 300mg ipamoreline/sermorline ED, also taking Austinites weight loss protocol 800mcg Chromium, 10mg synephrine, and 600mg of EGCG ED. Here is how I calculated my Macros because I'm currently not very active but the gyms reopening in 2 days.

    176lbs male, 31 years old 5'8 Bf 21.4% (low activity)
    BMR= 1729 kcals
    Maintenance is 2075kcals

    4kcals/g of protein=0.8-1.25g/lbs
    9kcals/g of fat=0.35-0.45g/lbs
    4kcals/g of carbs=fills the rest

    176 x 1.2= 211g of protein (845 kcals)
    176x 0.4=70g of fat (634 kcals)

    2075-1478(fat&protein kals)= 597 kcals of carbs
    597/4kcals per g= 149g of carbs.

    The reason I want to use a maintenance plan is because I just started today the weight loss protocol and this is calculated at a low activity rate (I hike about 2 miles a day). Since I will be actively lifting in 2 days I believe this will put me in a calorie deficit due to lifting as well as my hikes/cardio. I wanted to make sure my numbers are good. As far as what I am eating goes, I was curious to see if as long as I track my macros correctly every day if it really matters that I meal prep and eat the same thing. Like this morning I had 2 hard boiled eggs and a 1/2 cup of plain oatmeal, tomorrow if I want 3 eggs and maybe a scoop of peanut butter with my 1/2 cup of oatmeal can I do this and adjust my snacks, lunch, dinner accordingly to reach the macro goal for the day? Thank you everybody for your help and I apologize again for not reading deeply into the threads before asking stupid questions, that wont happen again.

    - Cheers
