Diet help
Hi guys
I was speaking to Kel and he advised me to post on here to ask you for diet advice.
Is it ok if I post my full stats, current diet, etc - to get some help?
I am making good progress with cutting down but just want to maximise my results while on cycle. I have lots of time of my hands at the moment due to lockdown, so can focus 100%.
Thank you
G

Thanks bro I will post below.
I am 5 foot 8 inches, 247 lbs. I haven't measured my body fat %, but I would estimate 25% - 30%. Very sedentary other than my workouts.
I have been doing a carb cycling approach for around 4/5 weeks and stuck to it very religiously. I have lost around 9/10lbs since beginning. So I would say I am doing well and can already see the changes.
My meal plan is as follows:
Mon Tues Wed - 1917 Kcal. 245g P, 125g C, 54g F
50g shake
50g oats
220g chicken
50g wholegrain rice
50g shake
3 eggs
220g chicken
50g whole grain rice
20 almonds
50g shake
Thur Fri Sat - 1545 Kcal. 247 P, 15 C, 61 F
50g shake
3 eggs
220g chicken
Mixed veg (no starchy)
220g chicken
Mixed veg (no starchy)
50g shake
3 eggs
10 almonds
50g shake
SUNDAY IIFYM (very clean eating generally)
2500kcal
247 P, 240 C, 61 F
As I said, I am doing well on this and training 6 days a week. Dropped the weights down as well (lighter with more sets) and cardio 5 days a week for 30 - 40 mins a session (generally a brisk walk).
Gear wise, 600mg test per week, 60mg var per day, 50m T3 per day.
Is there anything you guys think I should change? Just looking to maximise my results while I am in lockdown!
I have plenty of equipment/weights at home and can do my workouts no problem.
Thanks in advance,
G

Definitely a lot of testosterone
If you are making progress with what you are doing then keep doing it. Change something when you stall out.
