help with my diet!
Hello everybody! I am new at this forum and i already experience a lot of help from people when i was asking questions and i am glad I m here! Now about my diet I m not very familiar how to start...i am 5,10 275 pounds around bf 33% ….can some one gives me an advise how many carbs ,proteins and fats i should consume if i want to go down to 215-220 pounds? i was thinking to start 1gr per pound with my protein and 300 grams of my carbs and deplete them every 2 weeks by 25 grams! Any suggestions please?

@ 2000 cals per day, you could move 2lbs of fat per week. That would be decent start.
200g protein = 800 cals
150g carbs = 600 cals
67g fat = 600 cals
Total 2000 cals..... Try that see how you feel

In your diet, protein should be at least 1.5 grams per 1 kilogram of body weight, if you exercise, otherwise it will go to the detriment of muscles. Write down how your training is going. How often and how intensively you train.
