Best low calorie sauces?

Been looking to make my chicken dishes better, basically asian sauces would be the way to go. I'm not a hot sauce type of guy, so sirrachi is out of the question. I've done the mexican dishes too, with fat free cheddar, low fat sour cream, and salsa.

Anyone have any brands that are low calorie asian sauces. I've check out this Gainz Bakery looking at one of Hosstiles athletes Logan Guthrie. https://thegainzbakery.com/sauces/

I've found a few General Tso chicken, sweet and sour as well on Amazon, about 15 to 30 calories.

Everyday I have some Bare Chicken, with some G Huges low-calorie BBQ sauce. You can find Bare Chicken at Costco. 6 ounces of chicken it's only 320 calories and tastes almost exactly like Chic Fila. https://www.justbarechicken.com/prod...breast-chunks/

I made a dish where I air fried that and added jasmine rice with some sesame sauce and some soy on top, was delish lower calorie asian dish!

I'm looking for more ideas like this and recommendations as well.
