Going to drop the shake with oats after the gym and just have one of the meals I stated above eg. 5 eggs and toast or rice and chicken/beef and also drop the slice of brown toast at night with the two eggs and salmon this will lower my protein down to about 195/200grams but will reduce my calories by around 400 bringing me down to around 2100 calories. Il try this for a month and see if I'm loosing body fat while building strength and muscle. As it stands I think I might be eating a bit to much so hopfully this makes a slight change in fat loss. Any advice is welcome
