    Collagen powder.

    Just a quick question.

    Anyone use collagen powder?

Can eating to much have a negative effect?

Seems it's pretty decent. One tbs have 10g protein in it.

    Thanks!

Its one of the few supplements i use atm exept protein powder. But its basically protein powder too. Its good for your hair, skin, joints, etc and its basically pure protein. I add 10g to protein shake every day with a serving of protein powder, 1 banana and milk.

As for eating large quantities of it i got no idea. I believe you get all the health benefits with 10g a day. If you want protein then whey is a good choice, pick a brand wich tastes good

    Cheers!

I can't use whey, so will mix this with vegan powder and milk.

Have been having 40g a day,, that mixed with the milk and powder should make a decent protein shake.

    Have a good one

Collagen powder can be a great addition to your routine! It's known for its protein content and potential hair, skin, and nail benefits. As with anything, moderation is key. While collagen is generally safe, consuming excessive amounts may cause digestive discomfort. Remember to balance it with a well-rounded diet. By the way, if you're looking for another source of protein, you can add milk powder to your recipes. It's a convenient option and can be found easily online. Stay healthy, and enjoy experimenting with different supplements!
