    Meal Prep Services

    Wondering if anyone has had any good or bad experiences with ordering meals thru a meal service such as Icon Meals, TriFecta, Factor, etc? I recently ordered a week's worth of meals thru FlexPro as this is the most affordable (cheapest) service I could find. Just curious as to what, if any, others' experience with these services has been.

    Good question! I've been struggling to navigate past all the affiliate codes and honey pots to get the skinny on meal services.
