What are you guys eating for carbs?
My main carb sources for bulking are usually oatmeal and whole wheat bagels. When im at work i cant eat the oatmeal obviously because of preparation and pure inconvenience. so i am left with just bagels.. .
I was thinking of maybe adding some sweet potatoes..anyone here use these and how do you prepare them?
Any other recomendations?
O yeah i limit fruit intake to before a workout only so no ---->

pre-cooked yams, red potatoes, brown rice, kidney beans, multi-grain bagels and bread.
With a microwave cooking becomes snap.

I peel my yams...cut them into chunks them weigh them out into baggies 8oz each. Then microwave for 4 minutes and you have awesome yams.

my primary source of carbs are oatmeal, whole grain brown rice and sweet potatoes
during a cut i try to eat as much veggies as possible, except for carrots and peas.
sweet potatoes - peel, cut into 1 inch peices, boil, drain, mash. add splenda for taste. for an occassional cheat i will add a few small marshmellows in a serving
