    Exclamation Timmz Bulking diet!!!

    Aight..guys here it is...i know you have all been waiting with palms sweating in anticipation to see this diet..haha..so here she lays...tell me what u think...

    FOOD ITEM PROTEIN CARBS FAT KCALS

    #1) 9am
    -3 whole eggs, 4 whites 37 3 14 218
    -1/2 cup oats 7 40 5 225
    -tablespoon honey 0 17 0 22
    -water

    #2) 11-11:30
    -1 can tuna 35 0 1 150
    -2.5 oz. smoked turkey breast 11 2 2 70
    -14 ml Flax Oil 0 0 11 110
    -water

    #3) 1:30-2pm
    -8 oz. sirlion tips or 8oz. top sirlion 45 0 27 456
    -2 slices whole wheat bread 4 28 2 160
    -sweet potato 3 48 0.2 206
    -water

    #4) 3:30-4 pre-WO meal
    -brown rice or sweet potato*(listed) 3 48 0.2 206
    -1 can tuna 35 0 1 150
    -water

    #5) 4:30 pre-WO shake
    -Pro Rated Shake (mix only) 22 4 1.5 120

    WORKOUT 5:15-6:30

    #6) 6:30-7 pwo
    -Pro Rated Shake (mix only) 22 4 1.5 120
    -Dextrose (?)
    -Chicken Breast 36 4 0 180
    -Long grain brown rice 5 44 2 216
    -water

    #7) 9-9:30 ppwo
    -Pro Rated shake (mix only) 22 4 1.5 120
    or
    -1 can of tuna 35 0 1 150

    #8) 11-11:30 pppwo before bed
    -1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese 13 5 1.5 80
    -Flax Oil
    -water

    TOTALS: 301-314 247-251 82 2919-2949
    (total differences depend on meal #7)

    *for my shakes i have only listed what the mix itself carries with it..i plan on mixing it with something..i have jus yet to decide what..more than likely fruit of some sort..so that will raise my carbs and kcals a little..not much tho...(BTW if any of you have any good ideas to mix my shake with let me know please)

    But as far as my diet that is how i have it laid out thus far...i have yet to buy this stuff....so if anything needs to be changed...i can do so...

    as far as how it is posted..
    it goes from left to right...Protein, Carbs, Fats, kcals

    if this is confussing..ill re-write it up tom..too late tonight.

    ahhh..and i keep forgetting things...i usually..snack on almonds throught out the day....
    jus a hand full here and there...

    maybe a couple ounces a day???

    LOSE THE SHAKE, AND EAT THE ITEMS YOU HAD IN THE #6 MEAL.

    Thats a good diet post. I cant believe it is only 3000 calories though. Thread put together real nice. I need to come back to it sometime. I like how you have the cals and everything and also all totaled up.
