Besides a Foreman Grill...
What do you recommend for cooking a nice and tender, juicy slab of steak. Right now I'm using the Foreman Grill (which is especially convenient for grilling chicken) but I find it strips away all of the fats from the steaks which rob it of its taste. I can really care less about the fat since thats already factored into my ratios. I'm looking for something ideal in size for my kitchen.

You can get a small propane grill from Lowes or Home Depot. Not sure how much they run, but they are about twice the size of a foreman. You can keep that right outside your door.

A regular ol' fashioned, deep southern aged black skillet..........use some liquid smoke and terriyaki sauce made w/ginger, garlic, Splenda, soy sauce, dash of red pepper flakes, and let the magic begin.
