alright i will be running my first cycle (8 weeks) coming up of sust and deca ... i would just like advice on my diet to maximize my gains... i take on fat extremely easily so i want to try and add as much mass without getting really fatty gains....heres my proposed diet...
- my college scedule is weird so i ususly wake up at 10 and go to bed at 2 so thats why the times are awkard

1030- 4 egg whites 1 yolk, glass milk

1:30 1can tuna, 2slice bread, vegi, chicken breast

330-preworkout- protein shake, yogurt

6ish-postworkout- protein shake w/milk

7:00 1can tuna, chicken breast, vegi

9:30- 1 can tuna, chicken breast

1200 protein shake

totals- 2800 calories/194 carbs/ 330 protein
-alright im havin serious problems gettin calories i want to get to 3500 but when and what should i add
- ne other suggestions?
